This is what my never-ending 365 project is reduced to at the moment, for the most part. That’s because I’ve been reading and drawing and, by Da Vinci’s nuts, even painting!

That’s not the big news of the day, however. Today on Coilhouse, we are revealing several major developments, among them our brand new media kit, a dropped in-store price, tripled distribution, and working with Last Gasp to bring Coilhouse Magazine to more independent stores than ever before. Mhmm, we’re rather thrilled. Read about all the impending excitement here, especially if you’re a small business owner who’s been thinking about advertising with us.

As for me, in recent days I’ve been enjoying a withdrawn, cocooned state, oscillating between moments of hyper-productivity and extreme hibernation. Feeding my brain, collecting data – all those things essential to the creative process. The flurry below is a few odds and ends from the past week or two. More to come next week.

Blackberry/strawberry shakes [+soy milk + honey].

Eggs nested in kale, made from a simplified version of this recipe – amazing.

Milk tea, eggs scrambled with sesame oil, anise crackers with chipotle hummus.

One of my stickers, proudly decorating someone’s hard drive

Ales and an adorable beast.

Always,

Those are such charming photos! That is one inviting concoction right there. Mind faxing me a mug? Also, you look lovely, as usual. I adore that hairstyle in the last photo!…And the color.
*Two adorable beasts in that picture ;P

I’m enjoying the blue-fuschia-purple theme running through your 365s.

I might be reading too much into it, but to me the last photo says that no matter where you are, there is always something new to observe.
